You can change and edit your order within 12 hours of placing your order.

At present, we are unable to fulfill shipments to P.O. Box addresses. However we hope to provide this service in the near future.

I just noticed that I chose the wrong item by mistake, can you swap my product?

Please contact us with the pictures of your item(s). We will check and take further actions.

If after receiving the goods the product is not the same as the order you placed, you can refer to our return/refund policy on the website and contact us for further support.

When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

You can review previously ordered items in the order confirmation email or contact us via email for support.

In case there is a problem with the received order, you can submit a Return/Refund request via email support according to the Return/Refund policy.
Please note:
Do not arbitrarily return orders without confirmation from our support team.
Customers will not be able to submit Return/Refund requests after the specified time.
Customers need to follow the Return/Refund steps according to regulations. Otherwise, your Return/Refund request will be canceled automatically.

You can contact us or the shipping unit to check the order status. Sometimes delivery time will be delayed a few days due to peak season or depending on the shipping unit’s situation.

We accept payment using PayPal & Credit Card. You can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Simply checkout using the PayPal option, scroll down and register for a PayPal account to pay with regular credit card.

The printing process usually takes around 6-10 business days until shipping. A domestic order is expected to arrive within 6 to 10 business days, while international orders will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks in transit. After the order is shipped, it usually takes 1 to 4 business days for the carrier to deliver the order. That is our current time frame for order fulfillment. Express shipping will be 3-5 days faster.

With a large number of orders to process, our team still strives to ensure timely order processing as well as successful delivery.
Don’t worry too much if you don’t see tracking updates for a few days. While your order is in transit, tracking will be updated as soon as it arrives at its destination. If tracking has not been updated for more than 7 days, please contact customer service for timely support.
