(Input numbers after HOZ to track your order (e.g. #HOZ12345 -> input 12345 only)

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tracking System Error Notification

Dear our valued customers,

We are writing this to inform you about our problem of tracking systems recently that might have affected your order. We have found out that there was a bug in our carrier’s system that the wrong shipping information was sent to you after just 2-3 days from the date you placed the order. The status stated “Preshipment” and not updated for quite a long time while in fact, your order has still been in production. We’ve already contacted the carriers, and their engineers are working hard to fix this issue in the shortest time possible.

Please don’t worry, we are keeping an eye on your order and will update you with the correct tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Production Times

Please allow 1-3 days after your order is placed for your items to be produced. Each item is hand-made just for you in our state-of-the-art production facility. We take great pride in delivering the highest quality products for our customers and thank you for your patience while we handcraft your order.

Shipping and Tracking

After your order has been produced (1-3 days), please allow 5-7 business days for your items to be shipped and delivered. You will receive a tracking number 1-3 days after you place your order. If your tracking number does not show data, please allow up to 48 hours for the information to appear.
